Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is due at the time of order placement. Custom orders require a 50% deposit with the balance due upon completion.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to meet requested delivery times. Pickup orders must be collected within 24 hours of notification.

Cancellations and Refunds

Standard orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before pickup/delivery. Custom orders require 48-hour notice for cancellation. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt for resolution.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
